User agreement

1. General provisions

Welcome to the inston Service located on the Internet at https://inston.pro (hereinafter - the Service). This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) is designed to regulate the relationship between the Service Administration and the natural person, hereinafter referred to as the "User", who uses the Service and its services.

The Service provides services within the framework of third-party resources (social networks) located at the addresses on the Internet https://instagram.com, https://tiktok.com, https://youtube.com, https://facebook.com, https://telegram.org (hereinafter - the Third-Party Resource). The User's use of the Service, any of its materials and services means the User's unconditional consent to this Agreement. The fact of the User's use of the Service, any of its services, as well as the User's registration on the Service is a full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, ignorance of which does not exempt the User from responsibility for non-compliance with its terms.

2. Rights and duties of the Administration

The duties of the Administration consist exclusively in ensuring the technical possibility of the User's access to the Service.

The Administration reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change or delete any information published on the Service, provided services and other elements of the Service at any time without prior notice to the User.

The Administration has the right to temporarily or completely stop the operation of the Service at any time and without prior notification to the User. Stoppage of work may occur, in particular, during preventive works or in the event of force majeure, as well as accidents or failures in software and hardware complexes of third parties cooperating with the Service, or actions of third parties aimed at suspending or terminating the functioning of the Service.

The Administration reserves the right at its discretion to change and (or) supplement the Agreement at any time without prior and (or) subsequent notice to the User.

Since the Service is at the stage of constant addition and updating of new functionality, the Administration reserves the right to change the form and nature of service provision without prior notice to the User.

3. Rights and obligations of the User

The User confirms and agrees that the Service cannot influence the Third Party resource and/or guarantee the unconditional fulfillment of obligations within the Third Party resource. A third-party resource may make technical changes to its software at any time. The User is aware that the Third Party Resource has the right to cancel any services performed by the Service. By using the services of the Service, the User unconditionally accepts the rules of the Agreement and understands the principle of operation of the Service.

4. Limitation of the Service's liability

The Service provides services within third-party resources over which it has no influence. The Service Administration does not guarantee that:

• The service will meet any expectations of the User;
• The materials on the Service and/or the results obtained from the use of the Service are accurate, complete or useful;
• The operation of the Service will be continuous and/or uninterrupted or error-free;
• Any of the services will be provided within the specified period;
• Subscribers received by the User will be active and/or interact with the User's profile, behave in a certain way or meet the User's expectations;
• Followers or authors of likes received by the User will have photos and publications;
• All data about the services (performance speed, quality or other properties) are statistical in nature and may not be accurate and/or invalid.

Under no circumstances shall the Service Administration bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of using the Service.
